Bookings & Payments
Bookings are confirmed once agreed between the customer and Concrete Care Specialists.
Payment terms will be confirmed before work begins. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Cancellations
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Concrete Care Specialists reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations or missed appointments.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing safe and clear access to the work area
- Ensuring water and electricity are available where required
- Removing vehicles, furniture, or obstacles before the service begins
Liability
While every care is taken during our services, Concrete Care Specialists is not liable for:
- Existing surface damage, staining, or deterioration
- Issues caused by pre-existing structural conditions
- Delays due to weather, access restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control
Any concerns regarding completed work should be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
